Engineering & Craft
Built in-house. Engineered to last.
We don’t bolt on a kit. Every Ozimoto is fabricated from the ground up in our Hua Hin workshop — chassis, bodywork, paint and final assembly, all under one roof.

The chassis advantage
Proprietary IRS.
Our Independent Rear Suspension and CNC-machined billet axles are what separate an Ozimoto from a bolt-on conversion. Each wheel tracks the road independently — planted cornering, no low-speed balancing, and all-day ride comfort. It’s the same engineering discipline behind the Heavyweight Cruiser, applied across every build we make.
Proven track record
Over 200 custom builds completed since 2012 — from standard trike conversions to fully bespoke accessibility vehicles. Every build is different. Every build is ours.
Total quality control
Everything is done in-house. We don't outsource fabrication, bodywork or paint. That means consistent quality and full accountability on every project.
Manufacturer backed
We work in official partnership with Honda and Yamaha Thailand. New builds come with full manufacturer warranty alongside our own craftsmanship guarantee.
Accessibility specialists
We design and build for riders with physical disabilities as standard — not as an afterthought. Hand controls, foot adaptations, wheelchair-accessible configurations — built to individual requirements.
Legal & Registration
DLT-registered. Green Book legal.
How long does it take to build a custom trike or sidecar?+
Production time depends on the complexity of the build. As a general guide, allow 4–6 weeks for production. We'll give you a more accurate timeline during your consultation once we know the full spec.
What does a custom trike or modification cost?+
Pricing varies depending on the platform, spec and level of customisation. Contact us or come into the workshop and we'll put together a clear quote based on what you're looking for.
Can I bring my own motorbike for conversion?+
Yes. We regularly convert customer-owned bikes into trikes or fit custom sidecars to existing machines. Get in touch to arrange a consultation and we'll assess the bike and talk through your options.
